Data collected

Waitlist: when you leave your email to be notified of the launch, it is stored in a Google Sheet via a Google Form. No other data is collected at this stage.

Purchase: payment data (card, billing) is entered directly on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page and never passes through our servers. We never store any banking data.

Purpose

Collected emails are used solely to notify you when enrollment opens and about any launch offer. They are never sold or used for any other purpose.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent, given by filling in the form. Emails are kept until the academy launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Recipients and processors

Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script) for collecting waitlist emails.

Lemon Squeezy Inc., acting as Merchant of Record for any purchase, which processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy.

Vercel Inc. for technical hosting of the site.

These providers may process data outside the European Union; they rely on recognized safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent) for such transfers.

Cookies

This site uses a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your preferred language. No advertising or tracking cookies are used at this time.
